Return Policy

At The North Coast Workshop, every piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because each item is made to order and feature natural variations in the wood, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where a product arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thenorthcoastworkshop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement item of the same product.

We may request that the defective item be returned before issuing a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handmade and made from natural materials, we cannot accept returns due to:

  • Natural wood variations (grain patterns, knots, or color differences)

  • Customer error in size, personalization, or custom requests

  • General wear and tear or damage after delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
