At 9" × 6" × ¾", it is sized for the small preparations that happen every day, slicing fruit, chopping herbs, preparing garnishes, or keeping a dedicated board within easy reach. Its clean proportions and naturally light maple grain give it an understated presence in the kitchen.
Each board is individually crafted, carefully sanded, and finished by hand in my Hudson Valley workshop. No stains or artificial finishes are used, allowing the natural character of the maple to remain the focus with a food safe oil finish.
